WHAT IS SURFSKATE?
Surfskate is a discipline that simulates the movements of surfing on land, allowing you to train even when you cannot be in the water. With surfskate, you can perfect your balance, speed, turns and manoeuvres in the sea, improving your surfing technique. It is an ideal workout for those who want to improve their performance without the need for waves.
BEGINNER SURFSKATE COURSE
- Introduction to surfskate and basic principles
- Choosing the right board for your level
- Basic techniques: balance, acceleration, basic turns
INTERMEDIATE SURFSKATE COURSE
- Advanced trimming techniques (how to maintain speed and fluidity during turns)
- Coaching on advanced manoeuvres and perfecting turns
- Video analysis to monitor progress (available as an extra)
